They are champions of the Lifetime HomesStandard and provide expert training and consultancy through their Centre for Accessible Environments (CAE) in-house team.About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering housing services to their tenants at their schemes in Hemlington and their Whinney Banks Schemes, however in times of need you may be requested to travel to their Stockton, Yarm and North Shields Schemes. This is ageneric and rewarding housing management role - and a challenging one. You will be letting properties, carrying out scheme inspections, including key health and safety checks, helping tenants to keep up to date with their rent, and liaising with social servicesand occupational health services to ensure tenants can successfully maintain their tenancy and live independently. You will also be dealing with tenancy issues, including management of reports of anti-social behaviour.Lone working will be expected as part of this role however, you will be working as part of a small team managed by the Neighbourhood Manager, and will be expected to achieve stretching and ambitious targets. Tenant engagement is key to their success andyou will work closely with tenant representatives and tenant groups.About YouYou will be committed and enthusiastic, thriving on the challenges of working independently and the responsibility and rewards that brings. You will have some experience and knowledge of housing management in the social housing sector, and will be committedto their inclusive housing mission.Computer literacy is a requirement, as are sound written and verbal communication skills.You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.Why work for them
