Finance AdministratorHelmsleyYO62£20k - £22kThe RoleSupport the management team as required by providing an effective and efficient administration service ensuring that the workshop and finance functions of the business operates at maximum efficiencyThe main duties of this role are to:Process purchase and sales ledger invoices Accurately handle bank, credit card, expenses and petty cash reconciliations on timeReconcile statement with supplier invoices accurately Update cash flow on a daily basisChasing supplier deliveriesTaking in deliveries / booking in on systemSite Accommodation / LogisticsTool / Asset managementBasic H&S admin.Support the Finance Director in all operational tasksSkills/ExperienceA good strong Administrator with finance experience.Methodical in their approach to a busy schedule / working to targets and organised in their approach to time managementAble to work effectively with minimum supervision and instruction, working on their own initiativeAble to interact effectively with all staff to build strong working relationships and engender confidence and trustAble to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, with high levels of literacy, numeracy and attention to detailA commercially aware in their approach to customer requirements and service levelsThis is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking business and be part of a successful team.
