Are you a Production Supervisor or Shift Manager in a Production Environment Are you looking to take on that next challenge at an automotive tier one Are you confident in leading a cell of operatives to achieve the targets on output , quality , efficiencyand improvementKingscroft has been asked to recruit for a Production Supervisor to work for an expanding tier one automotive supplier covering a standard day shift. As the ideal candidate you will have significant experience in a Production or Shift Supervisors role in theAutomotive or similar fast paced manufacturing environment. You will have the skills to deliver across the key areas of Health Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery People (SQCDA).There has never been a better time to join this business with new leadership across the senior management team driving improvements in efficiency , culture and delivery throughout the company.As part of the role you will be responsible for:

Managing a team of manufacturing team of 20-30 across an assigned value stream of Assembly, Conversion, Packing or Thermoforming
Liaising closely with other shifts and support teams such as maintenance to deliver production targets
Work closely with Process Engineers to implement SOP and train, develop and evaluate operators to ensure performance and best practice
Implement CI initiatives and develop a CI culture across the day shift
Ensure compliance with Quality and HS standards and procedures
Report on performance and maintain a CI mind-set for driving performance
