Are you a skilled Business Development Manager looking for a new role Are you confident working with large oeMs and technical partners Do you have experience of working in an automotive tier 1 and understand the sales and procurement process on automotiveprojectsKingscroft have been asked to recruit a Business Development Manager for a specialist manufacturing business supplying components and manufacturing services into the automotive sector. As the ideal candidate you will have experience of working with automotiveOEMs and be confident in developing enquiries into business opportunities for the South Wales factory.A large part of the role is working with a technical partner that has a track record of providing specialist NVH and insulation-based material into automotive projects. The role will be critical in developing that partnership and capturing the potential projectwork that comes via that channel.The manufacturing base is in Wales but the customers are across the UK with key contacts being at OEM manufacturing sites so you will be working autonomously and remotely with customer contact and visits throughout the week and continuous dialogue with thecommercial function at the manufacturing site.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the continued success of this well positioned and well invested company.
