Job Description

Are you a Project Coordinator or Programme Coordinator looking for a new role Have you worked in Project Administration or Support on Construction , Refurbishment or Re-Fit projects Are you confident of working with clients and internal teams to effectivelycoordinate works programmes from design through to onsite deliveryKingscroft has been asked to recruit a Programme Coordinator for a by a well-established and growing multi-disciplined practice offering architectural, project management and building surveying services. As the ideal candidate you will have an understandingof projects, design resource, project management tools and database management. Using online databases and portals, you will be responsible for regular internal and client reporting and devising alternate reporting structures in line with client requirements.The role will be central to successfully delivering client projects and helping manage the ongoing work flow supporting the Design Manager and Head of Projects.Your role will involve:Programmes and Databases:

  • Updating existing online database and project programs in line with internal and client amends.
  • Proactively dealing across departments internally to obtain regular up to date information
  • Coordinate with client, contractor and specialists to obtain and update records
  • Develop database and reporting mechanisms.
  • Update user information
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting performance against Service Level Agreements and performance expectations.
  • Using Airtable and our own in-house client portal to hold all information.
Other Duties
  • Obtain feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary changes.
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement and efficiencies
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all current standards are being met.
  • Any other duties or requirements of the company or clients
