Are you a Building Surveyor looking for a new role Are you looking for a role using the latest Laser Scanning Technology on a wide range of property and survey types Do you want to be a key player as part of a growing multi-disciplined practice with a greatclient base and reputationKingscroft has been asked to recruit for a Building Surveyor or Senior Measured Building Surveyor by a well-established and growing multi-disciplined practice offering architectural, project management and building surveying services. As the ideal candidateyou will be an experienced building surveyor, confident in carrying out measured and surveys and BIM with a good understanding of working in 3D with Cloudworx, Revit, Recap and Cyclone. Central to the companys success has been the use of Laser Scanning andTotal Station Solutions so experience with these technologies alongside CAD and BIM would be really beneficial.The role will involve extensive travel across the UK and the Cannock based offices will need to be in striking distance but working from home will be available for this role.Duties to include:Measured building surveys:

Laser scanning and traditional methods of Building Surveying
Detailed floor and roof plans
Internal and external elevations, sections and sectional elevations
Level surveys
Reflective ceilings plan and services

Topographical surveys:

Brownfield and Greenfield land surveys
Levels and Cross section Surveys
Boundary surveys
Drainage surveys
Setting out and monitoring
Experience of Drone technology

3D modelling/BIM:

Processing and editing of the scan data to allow for modelling
Production of BIM/ REVIT models from pointcloud data

Client Liaison and Reporting:

Production and Updating of internal reports, programs and resource management
Coordination of other professionals • Pro-active liaison with Clients and their representatives
Managing survey resources and working with equipment suppliers
Identifying opportunities for further growth both with existing clients and new.
Prepare fee quotations for projects and surveys
