Are you a dynamic and experienced Property Manager looking for a new challenge My Client is seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join their team in overseeing residential and commercial properties. As a Property Manager, you will have the opportunityto work remotely, taking ownership of property maintenance and coordination.

Lead the management of residential and commercial properties with a focus on maintaining high standards of upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
Utilize your expertise to coordinate property maintenance activities efficiently and cost-effectively.
Work remotely, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.

Salary - £25k - £30k DOEHours - 9am-6pmRemote working, 1-2 days in the office whilst settling in (Cheadle)Preferred Requirements:

Extensive experience in property management, showcasing a deep understanding of property maintenance and coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
Proven track record of working remotely and delivering exceptional results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Proficient in utilizing relevant property management software and tools.
