Chef de partie - 2 YEARS EXPEREINCE REQUIRED Are you a passionate and experienced Chef wanting a better work/life balance where you can be flexible with the hours Look no further!* £13 - £16 per hour* Flexible Hours* 2 years experience* Locations that suit you!* Agency worker - Temporary worker Duties and responsibilities: - * Section set up. * Pre-planned menu to customer specifications* Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal * Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods * Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes * Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift and need to be dated. * Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoymentSkills and qualifications: -* Excellent verbal and written communication skills * 2 years of prior experience as a chef de partie or chef. * In-depth knowledge of the standards of baking, cooking and grilling techniques * Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to quickly learn new recipes and new cooking procedures. Salary on hourly rate: -£13 - £16 per hourShift Rotation: -Weekends only with flexible hours working depending on client requirements.
