At Select Specialist Recruiters we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sous Chef.The client is a traditional Boutique restaurant & Events venue in Warwickshire, in the West Midlands serving traditional English dishes using all fresh local produce.You will be an experienced Sous Chef used to working a variety of shifts covering Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Dinner alongside a busy corporate events and wedding business.The ideal candidate will come from a busy fresh food background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.The business is very popular with locals, regulars and destination customers, as well as business guests.This role comes with amazing career progression opportunities, a great salary of up to £34,000, Bonus, tips, Live in and a great company benefits package.
