Job Description

Do you have Group Operations experience but are feeling bored with one destination and would like to arrange group travel throughout Europe and Long-haul destinationsWe are working exclusively with our client, who is now recruiting a Groups Operations Executive to deal with quotations and itinerary planning from start to end.This is a position that does require to be office based, Monday to Friday working 09:00-17.30hrs in North West London.Group Operations / Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

Managing booking requirements.
Allocating services with suppliers and in our systems for tour requirements including meals, guides, site entrances, ferries, trains and coaches.
Maintaining regular contact with your suppliers.
Contracting bus companies and ferries
Managing booking requirements: keeping track of assigned group space and special requirements, tracking and notifying any changes.

Groups Operations / Travel Consultant Requirements:

Proficiency in English.
Work experience dealing with Group Travel.
Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to work with all levels of employees.
The ability to work under tight deadlines and with budget constraints.
Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities and strong prioritization skills.
