Field Technician - Water ProofingJob Title: Field Technician - Water ProofingConstruction Sector: Technician, Basement Waterproofing, Structural Waterproofing, Liquid Applied Waterproofing, Waterproof Concrete Admixtures, Concrete & Resin Injections, Gas Membrane, Internal Tanking, Cavity Drainage, Sheet Membranes, Damp Proofing,Rendering, PlasteringArea to be covered: LondonRemuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + up to 10% BonusBenefits: Company Van & Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Field Technician - Water Proofing will involve:

  • Technician position for various waterproofing solutions for commercial and domestic properties
  • Carrying out the installation of water proofing systems such as: concrete & resin injections, gas membranes, internal tanking, external membranes & cavity drainage
  • Installing waterproofing systems
  • Taking deliveries on site
  • Ordering materials when required
  • Interpreting building plans and carrying out works accordingly
  • Quality assurance for works completed and uploading pictures to internal system
  • Must be able to prioritise works to meet deadlines
The ideal applicant will be a Field Technician - Water Proofing with:
  • Ideally will have experience within the water proofing market sector
  • If not experienced in water proofing, must have experience as a renderer / plasterer
  • Must be competent and able to plan own work load
  • Advantageous to have good knowledge of health & safety
  • Excellent customer service
  • Full UK driving license
  • CSCS Card holder
  • Highly enthusiastic and motivated
