Join this dynamic team at a leading independent estate agency located in Harrow, North London.They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Property Manager to join the team.In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks and property management duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office and the satisfaction of our clients.Key responsibilities include:Creating, preparing, and revising notices, contracts, publications, and web content using Jupix property management software.Managing safety certificates and all documentation related to tenancy agreements, including record-keeping and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Liaising with landlords and tenants to negotiate tenancy terms, handle renewals, discuss fees, coordinate repairs, manage rent arrears, and oversee end-of-tenancy procedures.Handling landlord fees, issuing invoices, receipts, and statements, and managing payments to contractors.Providing guidance and support on legislative requirements and procedures to both landlords and tenants.Managing utility liabilities and overseeing inventory and checkout reports.Handling tenancy deposit management from submission to dispute resolution.Conducting right-to-rent checks in compliance with regulations.Performing general office duties such as managing supplies, bookkeeping, banking, petty cash, electronic file maintenance, updating key systems and devices, website maintenance, and responding to correspondence via email, telephone, and in-person visitors.They are looking for a candidate who possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Previous experience in a similar administrative or property management role is essential.If you are a proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Office basedSalary £25,000 to £30,000.More details from William Burn at the AMR Group.Required skills
