Job Description

We are a young dynamic company looking for an Admin Assistant to be responsible for:

  1. Front desk reception and answering phone calls
  2. Basic bookkeeping tasks
  3. Administration of the business centre
  4. Dealing with Customers and enquiries
  5. Dealing with emails, letters, manage databases and lists
  6. Liaising with customers on a daily basis
Requirements:
  1. Required languages Romanian and English
  2. Excellent verbal and written communications
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  4. Competent understanding of MS EXCEL AND WORD
  5. Basic bookkeeping experience
  6. Friendly customer service attitude
  7. Good computer skills
  8. Enjoys a diverse and varied role
