Job Description

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Academic Excellence FocusWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dynamic team. As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs to reach their full potential academically. Your commitment to academicexcellence will be key in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to adapt and differentiate classroom materials.
Support students in accessing the curriculum, completing assignments, and preparing for exams.
Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications or experience in special education or learning support.
Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies to address them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and resilience in working with students facing challenges.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced educational setting.
