Sales CoordinatorUsed Car Internet MarketingAutomotive Retail DealershipCrown Road, Romford (RM3)Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6pm£20,000 pa + bonus, OTE £27,000 paRenault Romford seeks a Sales Coordinator to join its busy used car sales department. This will be a full-time permanent role. The selected person will be a confident and articulate individual and the role will involve the dealerships e-commerce, digital marketing and internet sales leads management as well as forecourtdisplay, movement of cars and vehicle progression through the various stages of our sales process. Previous motor retail experience is not necessary, however career experience in operating an online retail platform will be advantageous. All candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to work the hours listed below.Duties will include:

Taking professional photos of used car stock vehicles and uploading these + product specifications to our Internet retail website, Autotrader, Autovillage, CarWow, Motors.co.uk plus other vehicle trade portals.
Taking professional virtual tours of vehicles for upload to our website
Responding to customer correspondence by email, phone, fax and live chat.
Keeping up to date with our stock profile and product line-up
Maintaining the diary and prospecting system
Movement of vehicles to different parts of the dealership, e.g. photography & valeting bays, test drive areas, in-and-out of the showroom, etc.
Progress-chasing vehicles in preparation for customer handover
Meeting and greeting customers on their arrival
Fully supporting the rest of the sales team
Occasionally carrying out test drives in busy periods

For the purposes of our company insurance, full UK driving licences must have been held for at least one year. Unfortunately we cannot consider candidates that hold a provisional licence or an automatic-only driving licence.The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, with 30 minutes for lunch.
