Key Details- Solutions Architect role (Java Background)- Up to 100K salary + 8% Pension + 20% bonus- 1 day a month in LutonThe role- Defines solutions to complex business problems utilising a variety of artefacts, methodologies, and tools. - Drives the transformative change of applications by applying experience and knowledge from a particular business area.- Aids in organising business issues so that both functional and non-functional needs are understood clearly, in line with company goals, and traceable in the technical solution design. Make sure that any variations from the agreed-upon solution are managedwith the project to produce a satisfactory result during the implementation phase.- Keeps track of business and technological capabilities and applications within a specialised business area, guaranteeing technical integrity and alignment with business requirements as well as ongoing support of applications in accordance with securityand obsolescence criteria.- Ensures that IAG Tech is embedded with strategic transformational change by influencing and leveraging relationships to win over internal and external stakeholders.- Management of major supplier relationships, ensuring ongoing compliance with strategic business requirements and Group standards for supplier deliverable quality.
