Using structuredbest practice methodologies understand the business needs, target benefits and prioritiesYou will proactively be thinking about new ways to provide the business with insights from our data, and any data they think would be useful. Coordination with the data development team to make the required data available and useable. Understand the relationshipof all data, and create new ways to forecast different scenarios. Create and manage their requirements workshop plan(s) and lead the workshops to ensure objectives are achievedQualificationsThe successful candidate will have experience of data modelling and simulations; to create a "what if analysis" model for IAG. You should have PowerBI experience or similar (Tableau). Experience of business partnering, working as a valued partner with seniorstakeholders across a diverse operation, delivering a value-added service to business customers.You should be able to demonstratable experience of successfully performing an Insights & Analytics Analyst role in both Agile and Waterfall delivery settings. Experience of process engineering and requirement documentation.
