Principle Solution Architect (Hybrid - West London) - £100k-£110k - AirlineCustomer | Contact Centre | Cloud | AWS | ApplicationsSalary: £100k-£110k + 35% bonus + 8% pension + Healthcare InsuranceLocation: Hybrid - West London (1-2 days a month in office)Are you an experienced Principle Solution Architect looking for your next challenge in your career Are you interested in working for a company who are investing £1billion in technology If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for you!Our client, a FTSE100 company,are going through a large digital transformation using AWS and Salesforce. They are looking for a Principle Solution Architect to drive these changes and aid the company on their transformation journey. You will be requiredto define enterprise-wide business and application architecture within their Customer Engagement Centre space and develop a strategy to move the Customer Engagement team to product.Experience required:

Strong overall Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) paired with Cloud telephony systems/contact centres/call centres experience
Successful completion of significant architecture and consultancy assignments
Proven track record of leading architecture projects
Successful stakeholder management at a senior level with an ability to influence and persuade
Knowledge of international trends and practises in architecture and use of this to deliver business benefit
Ability to work in ambiguous environments - the organisation is transitioning and is not already set up!
Educated to Degree level

Nice to have:

TOGAF
Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures
