Job Description

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Dietitian to fill a locum part-time role based in Hale. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of dietetics and be registered with the HCPC.The salary for this permanent Dietitian job is £11,485-12,400 per annum (Assignment rate)All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)Main Duties:

  • Responsible for the nutritional assessment and treatment of all eating disorders patients
  • Required to assess adult general psychiatric patients identified as at risk of malnutrition or for other nutritional needs
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision
Requirements of the Dietitian:
  • Degree or equivalent within Nutrition and Dietetics
  • HCPC registered as a Dietitian
  • Recent post qualifying experience working as a Dietitian
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous eating disorders experience is desirable
  • Flexible approach
  • Experience in tube feeding would be beneficial
