Lecithin is a natural emulsifier produced from vegetable oils suchas soy, sunflower and rapeseed.About the roleAAK are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to work as part of the team at Hale on a full time, permeant basis.The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, as well as the AAK Sales Managers. The Customer Service Team is a small team, managing the administration of sales contracts, maintenance agreements and commercial logistics, aswell as being the liaison center between sales and customers, answering queries on both stock and shipment of orders, all whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.Responsibilities

Effective controlling of the customer registration process and administration in our AAK Systems
Managing of the sales process, from receiving orders, through to invoicing.
Registering, controlling, and managing sales contracts, in a timely and accurate manner.
Managing customer documentation and questionnaires.
Managing invoices, and taking prompt action with regards to overdue invoices.
Informing and advising on products and services .
Effective management of complaints, in a timely and professional manner
Manage and communicate with own customer base effectively to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
Answer all customer queries timely and effectively.

About youThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience

Experience working within a similar role.
SAP experience is desire
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to meet deadlines, time manage and prioritise workloads.
Problem solving skills
Computer literate.
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
