Team Leader Little Havens In-Patient UnitLittle HavensSalary Band 7We’re looking for a dynamic experienced Nurse or Health & Social care manager to lead our specialist 0-19 children and young peoples respite and palliative care team.You will have experience of leading a diverse team and one or more of the following:

Nursing children & young people

Caring for children and young people with complex needs

Care of children and young adults with learning disabilities

Caring for young adults

Palliative & bereavement care

Based in Benfleet, south Essex, Little Havens Children’s Hospice provides care for children & young people registered with a GP in the county. We are dedicated to caring for children & young people with learning disabilities, complex care needs and life limiting conditions in beautiful surroundings. We focus on the individual needs of the children and families we care for.This is an exciting time to join our team as we are currently in the process of redesigning our services to work more effectively with children, young people and families.
