Job Description

The success of our client is attributed to the dedication of their skilled and motivated staff who take pride in their attention to detail, ensuringoutstanding care services for residents.Role Overview: They are currently seeking an experienced Finance Sales Ledger Assistant to become an integral part of their dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Maths and English GCSE, be actively studying AAT,and showcase proficiency in Excel with a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting residents admissions and discharges, managing associated invoices
  • Handling payment allocations and transactions via debit cards
  • Issuing refunds as necessary
  • Conducting checks on self-funders, including contracts and purchase orders
  • Managing communication with care homes and family members to address telephone inquiries
