JOB: Behavioural MentorTYPE: Daily Supply, Long Term and PermanentSTART DATE: ASAPIm currently recruiting for Behavioural Mentors to work on a flexible supply basis (and/or long term) to support a number of fantastic Special Needs schools in East London.You will be working in Inner London schools that value enthusiasm, positivity, and recognising and celebrating success.The ideal candidate will make a positive and enthusiastic contribution to the lives of pupils, enhancing both academic progress and non-academic development. To succeed at this role, youll meet the following criteria:• Seeking flexible work throughout the week, youll be able to commit to at least 3 full school days (8.30-15.30) of work a week OR seeking long term full time work• Youre able to work in East London• Youll be skilled and experienced with providing educational support to individuals within the Alternative Provision and/or with challenging behaviour (ADHD)• Youll hold a TA Level 3 qualification (not essential)• You will have experience in learning support or support work with young people with learning disabilities from various backgrounds (i.e. gang related etc.)Join usWorking on a flexible basis with Reed offers huge benefits.
