Job Description

Are you immediately available looking for an opportunity to work within finance and gain experience in a growing business A well-established business based near Hackney Wick are looking for an Accounts Assistant to help them through a backlog of invoices,reconciliations and finance queries.This opportunity does have scope to become permanent and is initially for a eight-week period.Key Duties include:

  • Matching, coding, and posting invoices
  • Preparing, and running BACS payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements, bank reconciliations and preparation and posting of accruals & prepayments.
  • Processing staff expenses, the setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details,
  • Filing and scanning of invoices and maintaining completed electronic records, posting of bank payments, and intercompany matching/reconciliation. Regards,

  • Raising Sales invoices and reconciling customer accounts
