Do not miss out on this truly exciting opportunity!As the Service Advisor with a positive "can do" attitude, you will be responsible for:

Greeting customers in a prompt and courteous manner

Checking in customer vehicle arrivals

Liaising with the workshop to provide customers with timely progress updates

Advise on additional work required

Provide a first-class handover with full invoice and work explanation.

To provide effective day to day workshop administration from job cards to invoicing

Providing outstanding customer service

You will be currently working as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or an Aftersales Advisor working within an aftersales environment in a franchised car dealership. You will also have experience using the RTC / CDK / ADP / Kerridge Dealer Management System as this would be a distinct advantage. When you join this growing automotive company as a Service Advisor, you will receive a highly competitive starting salary and fantastic commission opportunities + bonus structure:

Basic Salary £25,000 - £27,000 (Dependent on Experience)

OTE of £35,000 - £38,000

Hours

Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 with an hour for lunch.

1 in 3 Saturdays
