Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our clients very successful motor retail group at their dealership in West London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who wants to provide the very best service and engage in the customer journey. As the Service Advisor you will receive the very best in personal and professional development that takes your career to the next level, as well as a great bonus to reward your hard work. Do not miss out on this truly exciting opportunity! As the Service Advisor in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Accurately recording vehicle details
  • Maximising service sales and profitability
  • Providing effective day to day workshop administration from job cards to invoicing
  • Providing outstanding customer service
    • You will be currently working as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or an Aftersales Advisor within a main or franchised car dealership. Experience using the CDK/ ADP /Kerridge Dealer Management System would also be beneficial. When you join this well-respected automotive company as a Service Advisor, you will receive a highly competitive starting salary and a fantastic bonus structure as well as a range of benefits that will include the following:
  • Basic Salary £25,000 -£28,000
  • Plus, bonus with Earnings to Exceed £35,000 on target earning (OTE)
