deverellsmith are working with a leading Build to Rent operator looking for a Facilities Manager to be based on their site in West London. This is initially a 3 month contract but has the potential to go perm.Desirable experience:·A IOSH certificate and/or a NEBOSH certificate·A L8 certificate·Experience in pre practical completion aspects of an opening, including commissioning M&E, snagging, warranty registration and overseeing the defects lifespan.·Some experience in the Build to Rent sector·A Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and statutory obligations.·A full understanding of health and safety regulations.·Strong leadership qualities·A bright, clear and calm communication style·An organised and methodical approach to tasks·Able to meet tight deadlines·Good Microsoft Office skills and ideally BMS softwarePlease send your CV to to discuss further.
