Summary Working within a lively atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a Service Assistant plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service. Do you enjoy helping people and providing a great service The Hours: 487 per annum. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Includes weekend shifts; to be discussed at interview (NoEvenings & No Split Shifts) The Salary:£9.60per hour Duration: Fixed Term Contract until March 2025 What its like to work here Greenway is a relaxed and atmospheric house is set in the 1950s, when Agatha and her family would spend summers and Christmases here with friends, relaxing by the river, playingcroquet and clock golf, and reading her latest mystery to their guests. For more information about our property please visitgreenway/ What youll be doing Visitors are a vital part of what we do. As the Service Assistant its your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is flawless, setting them up for an outstandingexperience for the rest of the day. In this role, youll be; Working alongside a big staff team and volunteers in delivering outstanding customer service across the property; Working across our welcoming and admitting visitors to the property, providing informationand orientation; Working on our property tills selling admission tickets, processing payments of activities and events and promoting our Growing Support strategy (Memberships/Donations/Fundraising); Promote events, offers, products and benefits of activelysupporting the National Trust Support in the delivery of events at times throughout the year; Support across the property/portfolio when required.
