Summary Using your motivational and leadership skills you will inspire your team to deliver impressive results and provide consistently brilliant customer experience. We are looking for an individual who brings a fun can-do attitude.The F&B Manager will be part of the wider property leadership team, and so it would suit someone with excellent collaboration and communication skills. The Hours: 1170 hours, the average shift pattern will be 9-5 or 10-6.However, this does change slightly seasonally, so flexibility is required (no split shifts or evening work). Some weekend working is essential. This role is based on annualised hours, where the number of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in twelve equal instalments over the year. What youll be doing As the Food & Beverage Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team. Your support means that the team can be left to get on with what they do best, while you manage the behind-the-scenes operations, from admin to people managementand everything in between! You’ll be the leader in customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and excellence in the food we serve.You’ll be hands on with the day to day running of our F&B operations, managing and overseeing the running of our café. It’s a busy business and we’re constantly on the go. We want to make sure that we always deliver exceptional service to all of our visitorsevery time.You will be responsible for budgets, managing wages and cost control.
