Job Description

Reed are working with a busy manufacturing company in Great Wyrley who are on the market for a Customer Services Administrator.Role:

  • First line of contact for customers
  • Log complaints and follow through to resolution
  • Produce weekly non-conformance reports
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested
  • Cover other office positions when required
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to communicate effectively over the phone and via email
  • Adaptable to change
  • Excellent IT and email skills (especially Excel)
  • Benefits:
  • Salary - £21k per annum
  • Holidays - 20 days +8 BH
  • Hours of work - 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
