The home is known for opening specialist support and offering the highest level of palliative and nursing care to their residents in a homely, relaxing, friendly atmosphere.The residents have a variety of differing nursing needs such as dementia and mental health care. The client is ideally looking for dedicated, professional, day care assistants to work on a full-time basis.The work of Care Staff involves a great deal of personal contact with residents & visitors. You will be responsible for participating in social care activities with the residents and providing personal and social care in accordance with individual care plans.As a care assistant, you must conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
