Job Description

This large commercial waste management and recycling company is looking for a Senior Administrator to join them for a permanent position near Ipswich. Transport/Freight/Logistics experience is desirable.As a Senior Administrator for Transport & Planning, you will help organise and manage a diverse range of responsibilities to support the smooth running of the Transport and Admin operation.Responsibilities

  • Order processing and confirmation.
  • Liaise with Customers, Customs and Hauliers ensuring all documents are received within the designated time frame.
  • Supporting the sales team in account management in the event of service queries or issues
  • Resolving queries and invoice/charge queries on behalf of the customer with the support of the finance and sales team.
  • Updating customer details on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Supporting the transport team with vehicle planning and route efficiency by delivering general administration as required and performing data analysis and key reports.
Desirable
  • Experience in the Transport /Logistics industry.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the local area
