Do you have previous customer service experienceAre you looking to work for a company that offer full trainingAre you looking to work within a fast based environmentWe are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Stanford Le Hope.This is an exciting opportunity to join our client who are a fast growing, e-commerce company.So, where do you come in As a valued Customer Service Adviser, youll be helping their customers with general queries relating to their new purchase or recent order. Youll be doing this all via email and getting back to customers promptly and resolvingany questions they may have. You will learn the products they supply and be able to relay this information to the customer.Who we are looking for:We are looking to speak to candidates with strong communication skills via email, problem solvers, customer centric and a team player. Ideally looking to speak to candidates with customer service experience.You must be available to work on a temporary to permanent basis as the first 12 weeks you would be employed via the agency and then transfer onto a permanent contract.Whats in it for youStart date 8th November£9.54 per hour (Weekly pay) and Free parking3 weeks training 9am - 5pm Monday to Fridayyoull be able to hit the ground running after your informative training programmeAfter the initial 3 weeks training the role will be fully remote and the hours will be on a shift rota.Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with one day a week that you would need to work an evening shift that could be until 9pm. You would need to work at least one day a at weekend, 9am-6pm. You will have 1.5 hour unpaid breaks each day so the totalhours to be worked would be 37.5 hours per week.Please apply online ASAP to be considered!
