Job Description

Our client is a global manufacturing business that is looking to recruit a tenacious, data driven Quality Manager to join their team in Chesterfield.Joining as a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading quality projects within the business and ensuring products are of the highest quality.Working in conjunction with the Production Managment team and Compliance team, your role will include:-

Acting as the Customers Voice ensuring any complaints relating to quality are resolved promptly
Auditing internal systems and processes
Identifying and resolving any non-conformances within the business
Working collaboratively with different departments to ensure manufactured products are of the highest quality
Managing and interpreting data
Presenting information at all levels in a clear and engaging way
Supporting Team Leaders and Managers in achieving their Quality targets and CAPAs
Liaising with suppliers in relation to SCARs

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have:

Significant experience of working within Quality Management/Quality Control, ideally within the manufacturing sector
Knowledge of ISO processes & systems
Previous internal audit experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A can do attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference

Core hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.00 (however there will be some flexibility).
