Job Description

Administrator - New permanent opportunity - Chesterfield - £20,200Are you looking to work with a company that genuinely put people at the heart of everything they do Based within the head office in Chesterfield this role will see you working for a leading housing association who manage over 8000 properties in the NorthDerbyshire/South Yorkshire Region.Please read more about this great new permanent opportunity and apply today with your CV.Whats in it for you:

About the role:Working within a busy Property & Regeneration Team, at the head office in Chesterfield, you will be assisting customers by telephone and other correspondence regarding housing related queries. Must have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to empathisewith customers who may call with a variety of questions and/or queries.Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Assisting in the processing of customer bookings
  • Ensuring diaries are managed for engineers visiting customers
  • Responding to general enquiries regarding regeneration schemes
  • Provide advice and support to customers
  • Where necessary making referrals to other organisations
  • Assisting with the management of complaints received
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases regarding performance
About you:
  • Must have previous experience as an administrator
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Package
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fantastic levels of customer service and a desire to reach a positive outcome to any queries.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
