Role: Night Support WorkerThe shift times for this position are 8:00pm to 8:00am.Location: Chesterfield Salary: £23,197Are you looking for a new role that will give you variety and a sense of achievementWe are in partnership and collaborating with a fantastic client who are a registered care and support charity, who specialise in delivering homes, services, and innovation for the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands and providing support to vulnerableadults. They provide the very best service, and they would love your help to continue that process.Overview of the roleThe client is looking for a full-time Support Worker to provide person centred support to customers, reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure. To support customers with life skills and empower them to make a positive contributionto society and become self-sufficient; this includes recording case studies that reflect achievements of outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding a flexible, responsive service which operates in a timely and person-centred mannerSignposting customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance, and adviceEffectively working in partnership with external agencies for the benefit of customersCompleting and following clear risk assessments, and adhering to the organisations Health and Safety PolicyCompleting and maintaining accurate records in line with the requirements (including detailed support plans, risk assessments and regular checks).To be successful within this role you must;Have a Passion and desire to help people who are struggling with their mental health and current situation. And have Professional or personal experience working with young people or adults with learning disabilities or mental health.
