Job Description

Mach Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Services Engineer to join our well-established client based in Bristol.Site Services Engineer to effectively ensure the running and maintenance of the site services - whereby strong knowledge is required on steam and air generation, refrigeration, water and effluent management as well as electrical distribution.The successful candidate will provide technical support in the correction, prevention and elimination of technical problems at our Abattoir, Butchery and Packing plant, including but not exclusive to boilers, plant, refrigeration, utility supplies and readings/recordings,air compressors, air handling systems, pipework and effluent plant.With a focus on due diligence and legalities, the role will ensure the daily / inspections / checks on all compliance equipment around the Site, including Ammonia plant refrigeration steam and compressors.Working closely with the wider engineering team to drive the change from a "reactive culture" to an "proactive culture" and assisting with continuous improvement projects on Site, you will also work closely with Production to assist with start ups and shutdowns(if required).To be our successful Site Services Engineer, you will be a time-served individual with previous site services experience of FMCG with food related manufacturing operations.
