Job Description

Do you have Mortgage Advisor experience, looking for a new opportunity in Manchester Fintelligent is helping a financial services company find and hire a full-time Mortgage Advisor, and the role comes with a salary of £30,000 plus commission - OTE £50,000+You will be providing independent, whole-of-market mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients desiring bespoke options and a tailored relationship, servicing and converting enquiries.Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Completing a thorough fact find of clients circumstances, assessing their needs and providing appropriate recommendations
Source appropriate products to clients needs and priorities
Liaising with lenders, providers and 3rd parties where needed
Undertaking a detailed approach to checking and validating documents and information in line with KYC and AML requirements.

To apply for this Mortgage Advisor role, you will need a good track record generating leads and be qualified in CeMAP or equivalent. You will also require the following:

Excellent time and organisational skills
A desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skillset
Discretion and an understanding of the need for client confidentiality
An ethical and professional approach to work.

In return for your skill and hard work, you will receive a base salary of £30,000 plus commission of up to £25,000+Fintelligent.
