Job Description

We are recruiting for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join one of the fastest growing car finance companies located in the heart of Manchester City Centre. You will be working in luxury offices with free breakfast daily, along with fantastic benefitsand salary package. Depending on experience the salary ranges between £21,000 - £25,000 with an annual bonus, along with free breakfast daily, company events, genuine career progression, plus much more.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning organisation who have been voted in the top 100 companies voted in 2020 & 2021.   • Salary between £21,000 - £25,000 D.O.E
  • Working from home days available 2 days a week after passing 3 month probation

Duties for the Customer Service Advisor:
  • Answering inbound calls and assisting existing customers with any enquiries they have
  • Changing account details - updating bank details, addresses, and payment dates
  • Handling complaints
  • Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
  • Setting up repayment arrangements
  • General administration duties
  • Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
Skills for the Customer Service Advisor:
  • We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in a phone-based customer service role as a - Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Agent, Collections Agent or similar
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people
  • Experienced working within a regulated background
