The role has come about due to the companys continued growth as they have recently taken on some long-termcontracts with market leading clients. The ideal candidate will have strong quality engineering experience within aerospace and will be driven and motivated.Quality ManagerJob Description

  • Managing a team of up to 20 quality professionals, including quality engineers, inspectors, etc.
  • Ensuring that all projects taken on by the quality team are completed in a timely manner while adhering to the quality standards.
  • Working alongside the site systems engineer on AS13100 changes and business changes to ensure compliancy.
  • Liaising with customers and being the main point of contact for all customer queries.
Quality ManagerEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Strong quality engineering experience
  • Well-versed working within aerospace manufacturing, paired with strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 etc)
  • Accomplished dealing with customers
  • An energetic and driven individual with a desire to change and make improvements
  • Experienced with product quality, some form of dimensional accuracy or similar
Quality ManagerDesirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Previous experience working as a quality manager
