Job Description

An excellent job opportunity has arisen at an established accountancy firm in Leicester for a Payroller, with the firm able to offer hybrid working, with mixed home and office working available. This firm are open and the role can be flexible for eitherfull-time or part-time candidates, but if part-time, the role would need to include reduced hours over 5 days per week.The firm are focused on small and medium-sized businesses, with their team of experienced practice staff offering a supportive and friendly team environment. The salary is negotiable and will of course depend on experience and qualification level.The firm have recently moved into brand new offices only a year ago and are now seeking a Payroll professional to become an integral member of their close-knit team.Job Description – Payroll ProfessionalRoles & ResponsibilitiesProviding support to the payroll department to include:

  • Dealing with client e-mails and telephone calls
  • Receiving payroll information from clients and processing the payroll on SAGE
  • Checking figures to ensure that the correct PAYE/NI etc have been deducted
  • Complying with RTI requirements
  • Complying with TPR requirements
  • Sending payroll information to clients
  • Making payments of PAYE and Pension contributions
  • Registering PAYE and Pension Schemes
The salary range for this is open and totally dependent on the candidate chosen.The firm are happy with a blend of home and office working/hybrid.
