Job Title: Operations Manager Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Location: Leicester, LE3 Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periods.The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment have partnered with a growing organisation based in Leicestershire on an exclusive basis to recruit for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining the companyat a very exciting time, stepping into a key role for the business, providing consultative, commercial and operational management and leadership support. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: - Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities to streamline processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency. - Regularly reviewing and analysing existing processes, identifying areas of improvement and providing quick and efficient solutions. - Collaboratively working with stakeholders and senior management to review individual department performances and handle any issues with leadership and direction. - Budget management - P&L reporting and cost-effective future planning. - Monitoring progress against Key Performance Indicators and agreed Service Level Agreements. - Reviewing and adapting processes for optimum performance. - Conducting audits and compliance checks, ensuring these are in line with business policies. - Building trustworthy, open and honest relationships at all times, whilst encouraging feedback and innovative ideas. - Oversee the recruitment and onboarding experience, looking at opportunities to attract and retain top talent. - Build successful relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers.
