Job Description

An e-commerce company based in Leicester is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join them on a permanent part-time and hybrid basis. A stand-alone HR role, you will be responsible for advising on all HR issues in a small to medium sized business.Duties of the role include;

  • Keeping accurate HR records
  • Updating policies and being aware of any changes within employment laws
  • Completing any disciplinaries and grievances
  • Managing the entire recruitment process and on boarding
  • Administering payroll and payroll records
  • Working closely with the Director and Owner supporting with all HR issues
A good knowledge of employment law is essential, and experience with recruitment and on-boarding. You will be very organised, able to prioritise and manage your own workload.Working Monday - Friday 5 hours a day, times to be mutually agreed. A hybrid role, where you will be required in the office 2-3 days a week. Paying £27,000p/a pro rata.
