Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with an established client based in Glenfield who are looking for a HR and Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who is lookingto obtain experience within a HR department . As a HR and Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for an effective and timely recruitment service, providing subject matter expertise to people leaders in the administration of advertising, shortlistingand selection of candidates. You will provide an accurate and timely administrative support service to the Human Resources function.As a HR and Recruitment Administrator your duties will be as follows; * Deliver a timely and efficient administrative service throughout the recruitment process, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and to required deadlines. * Review recruitment approval requests and provide advice on the recruitment process to the hiring manager as needed.* Schedule recruitment campaigns and other workload to ensure enough time and attention will be available to manage the recruitment campaign, owning the workload and workflows. * Liaise with hiring manager to create professional and accurate adverts and recruitment literature, placing adverts using internal and external media. Handle any candidate enquiries in a professional manner.* Liaise with the relevant appointing manager to ensure they have arranged interviews with candidates, organised interview rooms and made arrangements for interviews and assessment centres as required.* Prepare accurate and timely regret letters and produce contracts of employment.* Manage the collation, monitoring and chasing of all pre-employment checks for candidates as required.* Add the new employee to the HR database, along with all the relevant paperwork.The company offers a fantastic working environment, free onsite parking and excellent rates of pay. The hours of work are; Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
