Job Description

Job Title: Administrator Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Leicester, LE3 Salary: £19,500 - £21,000The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a small, family run business to recruit for an Administrator to support within their logistics daily operations. As an Administrator, you will be working alongside the Warehouse Manager, to support with all administrative duties within the warehouse department. Your daily responsibilities could include the below: - Being the first point of contact to handle any enquiries from clients, hauliers and suppliers - Ensuring that all Goods in and out are recorded accurately - Maintaining effective stock levels - Ensuring that all paperwork regarding deliveries and invoices are processed accurately and shared across with the relevant person/department - In busier periods, supporting with creating customer orders and ensuring that these are despatched within agreed timeframes - Ensuring all Health & Safety document reports are updated daily The successful Administrator will ideally have experience working within an administrative role, ideally within an office or logistics setting. You will need to have strong communication skills both verbal and written and be able to prioritise key tasks ina fast-paced and varied environment.
