Roles: Freelance Site ManagerRates: £265 Per ShiftLocation: GlastonburyStart Date: 10 July 2023End Date: 10 September 2023My client is a main contractor in the educational fit out sector. They are a specialist in their market and are looking to bring in the best management to help with their increased workload.The job at hand I am looking to recruit is for a Freelance Site Manager. The shift patterns are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and you will be overlooking the interior fit out of a school over the summer holiday period.Works includes:* Strip out and refurbishment of dorms, common rooms and classrooms.* Small demolition works.* New doors, worktops and other small joinery works.The Ideal Site Manager will;* Hold CSCS Black, Gold or White, SMSTS, First Aid.* Be a joiner by trade* Have experience within the educational sector.* Can read drawings, be systematic and methodical.* Hold no criminal Record and able to complete an enhanced DBS check.* Have a mild-mannered and polite demeanour.
