You will play a pivotal role in establishing and delivering a digitally-enabled, environmentally-conscious operation across various markets.As Operations Director Your strategic insights will be crucial in improving operational efficiency and quality, making a real impact at a senior leadership level.Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a global logistics strategy, including aspects like freight forwarding, supplier relationships, and customer fulfilment.
  • Ensure optimal staffing of operations, logistics, and fulfilment teams.
  • Influence the technology and system roadmap, advocating for a digital-first supply chain.
  • Manage the logistics budget, focusing on cost-effective distribution methods.
  • Expertise in areas such as demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and regulatory compliance is essential for optimal operation management.
