Job Description

As a AAT Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant you will take ownership of monthly intercompany matrix, investigating any P&L and balance sheet intercompany differences. Following up with relevant personnel to correct any issues, by liaising with Cash Management,AP and AR teams.Client DetailsThis company has been at the forefront of shoemaking.   • Posting monthly interest on loans between Group Companies
  • Posting monthly royalty between Group Companies
  • Key contact for the auditors concerning queries relating to intercompany balances
  • Working closely with the Treasury team to settle intercompany balances in line with the needs of the business
  • Responsible for posting the employee expense accrual from SAP Concur
  • Assisting with external reporting tasks as required (national stats, turnover certificates etc).
  • Ad-hoc project work as directed by the Senior Finance Manager - External Reporting & Group Accounting.
Profile
  • AAT qualified or studying for recognised accounting qualification preferable
  • Knowledge of accounting systems with ability to use SAP
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A well organised and structured method of working, with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects
