ECommerce Support - 39453HybridIf you have E-Commerce Support experience and youre seeking a new contract role in Warwick, we want to hear from you! Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an ECommerce Support, and the role comes with a contract rate of £25.09per hour. Inside IR35.As an ECommerce Support, you will work within the global Brand Partnerships Experience and Collections (BPEC) Ecommerce Team. You will support the e-commerce team and Experience e-commerce end users with several workstreams.Your duties will include:

Resolve end-user enquiries, technical issues, and support requests related to the Experience E-commerce tech stack
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and coordinate resolution
Build and maintain relationships with end-users
Develop and manage user guides
Develop and refine support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

To apply for this E-Commerce Support role, you will need experience writing briefs for third-party agencies and managing projects through to delivery with them. You will also require the following:

Experience within a digital marketing, digital development or E-commerce team or agency
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience using Google Analytics and SEMRUSH or similar
Knowledge of Agile methodology
