The SDA have exciting career opportunities for experienced engineers to join our team. You will integrate with teams of highly skilled professionals, getting up-close and personal with complex submarine systems, overseeing engineering challenges unique tothis industry whilst significantly impacting project/programme success.There are six positions available across four teams in four locations, all specialising in Mechanical Engineering. As part of our teams, youll have the opportunity to lead on the development of requirements including acceptance plans, performance criteriaand draft specifications. Due to the nature of our services, working with various stakeholders is critical to our success, and youll be required to interface with industry as the intelligent customer both in a scrutiny role and supporting the identificationof application risks.In the SDA you will have unparalleled opportunities to learn and develop as a professional engineer and will be actively supported in this respect. Training is readily available, invested in and essential to stay abreast with new technologies and you willbe working in an environment that encourages this.Please be advised that due to the nature of security, these roles are reserved for sole UK Nationals only.
